. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

. All items are Lupa’s property until payment is complete.

. Parents approval needed for underaged customer orders. 

. Colours may vary from screen to screen, not only because of the type of device you use but also because the photographs are in digital format.

. Prices include 23% portuguese VAT

. Outside EU, local VAT and import customs if applicable may have to be payed in your own country.

. We happily accept custom orders, please contact us.

. Please note that there might be little variations when buying our handmade items, it’s just part of process and what makes them unique. 

Payment

We accept paypal, if you need another method of payment please e-mail us. With or without your own account, PayPal is a safe and easy way to pay online. You can easily pay for purchases with a debit card, credit card, bank account or using your own PayPal account if you already have one.

Return Policy

We want nothing more than for you to be 100% happy, please don’t hesitate to write us, we will answer any questions.

There is a return right, within 14 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags, in their original packaging. 

We only accept returns on orders from our website. 

NEW! > When using Paypal, refund shipping costs will be available with "PayPal Refunded Returns service". If you wish to do so, just activate the Service by entering your email address on www.paypal.eu/returns. Service available until 31-12-2015.

Please note, otherwise, we don’t refund any shipping or payment costs.

We advise using a tracking service, to be sure we receive it safely, it’s reassuring not only for you but also to us. Swapping a product is also available, but you will have to cover the extra postage costs. The refund payment will go through, as soon as we get the product back and verify the condition, deducting our shipping costs. 

Please note: there is no return possibility for made to order products - these cannot be cancelled or returned at any time as these are made specifically to your order. No return possibility for on-sale products. We can’t refund for lost or stolen packages.

We ship worldwide, from Porto, Portugal.

Services

We ship our items registered. This means it’s a personalized delivery to the recipient's address with a signature collected. 

Tracking system

Our delivery service uses a tracking system, which allows us locate your item anywhere anytime. We pack with attention and care, hoping it arrives safe and sound, in case of damage or loss please e-mail us.

Please make sure that you have included full address details before placing your order, otherwise lost or delivery delays may occur.

Also consider giving your work address for delivery, just to make sure you or someone will be there to receive it.

Delivery time

For some made-to-order products, please allow 10-15 working days for items to be ready for shipment. Please see each product description page for a more accurate delivery time.
